    Drew Cumming Todesursache tells the story of the Andrew P. Cunanan Murders, commited in 1997 by Andrew P. Cunanan. Drew Cumming was one of Cunanans Pseudonyms during his impostor-to-mass murderer carreer. The Cummings EP+Booklet walks along Cummings existence as non-existing language-based entity.
    In the booklet a parallel micro-story is told where the murders of Cunanan were mystified by a nameless person and stay unsolved. Images of places from Cummings and Cunanans last days are juxtaposed wth state of the art entertainment furniture. The music is based on field recordings and tape loops made in Los Angeles in 2018.

Case 97-25662 SHOOTING INVESTIGATION

18 JULY 1300 HRS, I MET MITH MDPD DET MALLOT IN REFERENCE TO A HOMICIDE THAT HAD OCCURED IN MIAMI SPRINGS ON THE MORNING OF 16 JANUARY 1995 AND ONE ON THE EVENING OF 17 JULY THIS YEAR. AFTER COMPARING NOTE IT SEEMED THAT THESE OFFENCES WERE NOT RELATED

The deceased is lying in the queen size bed in the main bedroom. There are two pillows positioned under his upper body. A third pillor is positioned partially under his right upper arm. The deceased is a White Male, with short black hair, and a several days growth of a beard. The deceased is wearing only a pair or gray cotton shorts. A firearm is found lying in the deceased´s right hand which is on his stomach area. The fingers were positioned around the facial area of the deceased. There is blood coming from the ears, nose and mouth area. Blood splatter is found on the right forearm and hand. A small piece of apparent human tissue is found on the upper chest area an a second piece is located on the inside of the left knee area.

At 2:50 AM, I moved firearm the desceased right hand., S/A Evans rendered safe. The firearm was then placed on the bed next to the deceased and later recovered by writer with the assistance of Crime Scene technician. A live cartridge in the chamber of the firearm with 2 additional live cartridges found in the magazine. The firearm is found to be a Taurus, .40 caliber semi-automatic serial number SMK2181D.
